The location was good, Opi is a great alternative to staying in Pescasseroli which was incredibly busy. We had lunch and breakfast in the 'sister' hotel, both of which were fab. Our room was adequate for what we wanted, we stayed one night just to do the bear trekking. We didn't have a view (we had a velux window) which for us wasn't a problem but maybe for someone staying longer might wish for a room with a window with a view.

The breakfast was very good in the little restaurant. The place was very well situated in nature surroundings next to a lot of trails into the mountain and forest area. And next to turist information. The rooms were newly renovated with nice features and good veiws to the mountains. The owner was kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm. The surroundings were beautiful and the animals were gorgeous - we especially loved meeting the Abruzzese sheepdogs! We learned a lot during our stay - Simon and Alex shared a lot of interesting information. And Claudia made delicious food! We’d highly recommend staying with Simon and family. What lovely hosts :)
