I love the convenience of this hotel for my flights in and out of Milan MXP airport. It's a direct 25 minute train ride to/from the airport and then a 3 minute walk to the hotel. The staff is fabulous and they gave me lots of recommendations for places to eat. The breakfast buffet was excellent with both hot and cold offerings. I have stayed here twice and will stay again!

Okay · Room smelled of smoke. Noisy fridge that had bright light that illuminated the whole room. Not very comfy bed. Mirrors above and beside the bed! Complicate lights and key system. Trying too hard and not got it right.

Late checkout is perfect and a welcome drink in mid summer is perfect welcome gift actually. We had a late check in also and staff were very kind and gave us every info we needed. Bathroom perfect, made actually for a tall people like me (204 cm) you will not feel neglected. And stay was exceeded our expectations. It was clean and spacious.
