Four days in Nemi and the surrounding Castelli Romani are a gem, about La Fontanella. Maria and Carlo were so helpful and welcoming, the stay was very good, the place is very typical ,Swedish at heart , every item in the house has a story to tell.Cosy and clean with all facilities working.We used a rental car for roaming around, parking is available within 5 mins from la Fontanelle, full access is available to the property for pickup/unloading. December 13th 2023, no tourists around we had all of Nemi for us! Roberto

This is a great B&B near Nemi lake in the residential area. The room that we had was on the first floor, good size, spotless, quiet, and had everything one needs for a comfy rest. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous . Good, plentiful breakfast that you can have inside or at the deck overlooking the lake and the castle on the hill. Giuseppe and Alessia are very welcoming and speak good english. Highly recommended.

Private kind of secret entrance next to the coffee shop. Quite the incredible view from the balcony. A very nice space for us, with a stovetop that we used to cook up the pork crackling that we bought at the meat monger across the street. Right in the heart of the village, lots to see and do and plenty of food and drink options. We thought we may have stayed a day too long in Italy, but Nemi was a cool and special little place.

I already wrote a review, which I will include at the end of this. Testament of how good it was I changed my plans and this was an extra night stay! -- · This space was so perfect in every possible sense of the word! The quality of the fittings were great, the locks and security made me feel safe (female traveller on my own and travelling with quite a bit of electronics!). The furnishings were stylish and good quality, the space was clean and it had everything you might need for a short break. The Wifi was also fabulous. The host was amazing and got in touch with me within the hour - it was a (literally!) last minute booking and they were able to give me access to the property within less than an hour of me booking.
