The room was very cozy and comfortable. we had a beautiful view to the lake and a big balcony. The breakfast had everything from different breads to salty things like cheese and cold cuts. And a lot of sweet breakfast for a topical Italian breakfast.

The hotel Grunwald is situated in the peaceful and beautiful area of Salorno. Most beautiful views from the room over the valley and the wineyards.
We were very well received by a friendly and helpfull staff. The room was spacious with good chairs and a sofa and spotless clean. The beds were excellent, and gave us good nights sleep. The breakfast was nice and with good variation.
The hotel is situated some 15 minutes drive along winding roads off the A22 from Verona to Bolzano, but its worth a detour if you are looking for a stop over, or want a base for exploring the area. Highly recommended.
