Nice location 30 mins drive from Fano. The place is really nice the rooms are moderns and comfy, the staff is super nice. There is also a small pool to chill off the hot summer days. There is also a restaurant that I hadn t a chance to k out.

A wonderful place to stay. It was easy to locate and the parking was behind a gate. The hosts were so nice and the room was quite large with a very comfortable queen size bed. Everything was very clean and fresh and the attached bathroom was large and very nice with a tub and shower. There was a kitchen off of the bedrooms with a refrigerator and coffee/expresso machine and a nice place to sit. Breakfast was wonderful with homemade hot baked goods and sandwiches along with other things and great Italian coffee. I certainly wish we could give 12s as this property deserved it.
