This superior room with a sea view was very comfortable, large enough, and quiet, despite overlooking one of the main boulevards next to the marina. It was nice to have the opportunity to open the window fully as we desired on occasion. The shower was a comfortable size, and it was nice to have a bidet. The bed was comfortable!

Very well located, easy to find and a well-appointed breakfast made Hotel Roma a good one-night stay. We liked that we could leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out before our bus was due to leave, but we were a little concerned that our luggage was left out open in the lobby.
Just a 5-minute walk from Trieste Station, Albergo Alla Posta is in Piazza Oberdan, next to the historic Opicina Tram Terminus.

Everything was as advertised, very nice place. Only 1 problem with the mini fridge rattling when the compressor kicked on. Staff was amazing, great recommendations for my first visit to the city.
