The hotel receptionist stayed late to check us in, after we phoned them as we were delayed. It was an hour after the reception was due to close. We were very grateful !

Very cute town that offers every comfort to make your holiday at the sea a relaxing and enjoyable experience. There is plenty of choice for food and activities to do, from laying on the beach to practicing several sports (I strongly recommend diving there, the sea is full of life).
Very interesting hotel, felt like an exclusive club. Rooms were clean & comfortable with reasonable air-con too.
The pool on the roof was much needed on the hot day we turned up, it was very cold but was fun with it's jacuzzi & water jets.
Restaurant was good too, a lot of fish on the menu (no surprise) and good portion sizes. Nice chef explained in English for us too what to expect.
Great location/views being actually at sea almost, and free parking was a nice bonus.
We stayed here out of season, December, so I would imagine it is very different in the summer. The location is great, it backs onto the shopping streets and then a block or two more to the beach. The rooms are nice and the breakfast and dining area is great.
When we were there only one lady was working all parts of the hotel and she did a great job. The place had a nice and chill l off-season vibe.
Price was good and it was what we needed.
Kitchen facilities: One of the positive aspects of the hotel was the availability of a kitchen where guests could prepare their own meals. It was convenient to have this option, although I noticed that the temperature in the room increased after cooking.
Scenic garden area: The hotel boasts a beautiful and charming garden area. It was a delight to stroll through the garden, enjoying the lovely views and serene ambiance.
Very helpful personnel, especially at the reception, great scrambled eggs and bacon at breakfest, room very clean. We had a junior suite (2 adults, 1 teenager) which was very comfortable with the exception of a small bathroom (but this is standard in this area and kind of hotel). Parking behind the hotel available for 9 EUR a day. We recommend to book an umbrella and beds direct at the beach (cheaper than hotel rate).
Brand new apartment with everything you need for you summer holiday on Ligurian coast. Easy communication, everything explained. 5 min walk to a free beach, even closer to Loano centre...2 large balconies, A/C, elevator, great mountain view...no mosquitos :) closed parking with shadow for almost the whole day...and of course Finale bike trails ;)
Great apartment - roomy, comfortable, clean and well equipped plus in a great quiet location for exploring lovely Loano (the town was just a short walk).
But the extra care and help from the apartment owner made our stay even more special and we thank her for her hospitality, excellent English and recommendations of local restaurants.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Entertainment staff were fantastic with all activities and kept the children well entertained. Hotel always delivers as we have been coming now for the last 5 years her.
An amazing hotel. I've book appartments with kitchen so I didn't use the brekfast and dinner. The swimming pool is big, the restorant and terittory beautiful. The room was clear and really comfortable.
Great welcoming family run hotel. Our room was clean and bright. Breakfast was simple but very adequate. Fresh fruit and yogurt! No problem storing our bikes.
