We recently stayed at this Palermo hotel and had a wonderful time. Its location near the main street and attractions made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff's friendliness and readiness to assist added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel's decor, especially in our room, was fantastic, creating a cozy and luxurious feel. Breakfast had a lot of choices, including Prosecco, which was a great way to start our days. It was like a peaceful retreat in the midst of Palermo's hustle and bustle. A shoutout to the bar, which made our evenings special with its hospitality. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to coming back.

NOTHING! It’s close to a train station, that’s it. Other than that, THIS HOTEL WILL SCAM YOU. I was supposed to say there March 15th - March 18th of 2024. However, after being scammed by false advertising, racially discriminated against, and called the N-word in Italian, I had to check out of that terrible place on March 16th. They also refused to refund any of my money after lying to my face saying that they would if Booking.com allowed it. When Booking.com contacted the property to request my refund for the days I would no longer be staying there, Alesea and Rafael/Stage told them no. Alesea was the woman who called me a N-word.

Artemisia Palace Hotel is an early 20th-century building close to the Politeama Theater. Palermo historical center is 15 minutes' walk away and you will be close to the harbor.

Location was excellent. Everything else was adequate. I must say though the last night we were told they were moving us to another hotel (Best Western) which was closer to the airport with much better facilities and dinner was on them, which was most appreciated

This is a very beautiful hotel in the grand manor with luxurious public seating areas. We arrived shortly before the restaurant was closing and they informed the kitchen that we would be coming in soon. The food was excellent and service in the dining room and throughout the hotel was first class. The breakfasts were very generous and were the best that we had in our two weeks in Italy.

Splendid Hotel La Torre is in Mondello, just outside the central Palermo. Rooms have direct access to the saltwater outdoor swimming pool and the boardwalks by the sea.

Nothing! the hotel lied about having both the pool open the restaurant available for dinner/breakfast. We had to leave because of this and they first told us they were going to refund the days we didn't stay but a couple of days later got back telling us they would't refund because they had already paid taxed to the government. Unbelievable, I travel a lot, especially using Booking.com and never had this kind of issues. Beware of this scammers!!!
