The host was wonderful! We arrived late around 20:30 and asked him if he could recommend a pizzeria, he said follow me. When we found it closed, he led us to a second restaurant. Absolutely exceptional! The apartment was updated and equipped with kitchen and everything one would need for an extended stay. I lacked for nothing! This is an excellent property and exceptional host.

Terrace was nice to stay. Room was large. Have some kind of parking. Kind stuff. For those who aiming to the beach ,it's seems near, we were road travelers so had to crush for the night on the way only.

It's a very local place, something where no tour guide would...
It's a very local place, something where no tour guide would direct you. We had a really good pizza on the beach during sunset. Technically it was the beach restaurant so during the day it's packed with families, kids, teenagers... but during the evening it was quite cool, super good food, lovely staff, and incredible view of the empty beach and sunset with Tremiti islands in sight. The 'city' also has plenty of street food places and small grocery shops and local fruit and vegetable vendors where you can buy great stuff like taralli, provolone or 'muscisc'. We also spent a day on a wild sandy and windy beach with not too many people in sight so I am definitely planning our next stay while we descend to the very end of Puglia.

Lesina is a beautiful little town nestled on an inland lake. The town is not overrun by tourists but has plenty to offer in the way of bars and restaurants with a lively lake side promenade. Spectacular sunsets.

Very interesting and knowledgeable, entertaining, good humoured. Wonderful also to chat to the guests at breakfast and dinner. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, overlooking the olive trees in the garden. Lesina is a great base to explore a little known part of Italy and I would recommend staying here. And I would definitely recommend a boat trip to Isole Tremiti.

Kind reception staff and manager letting me charge my computer and print. I have seen that hotel let store the bicycles for some touring cyclists too, so nothing was too much to ask. Fridge in the room. Close to everywhere (10 min stroll to the beach, shops across the street, food outlets, ice cream parlor).
