- the attitude. We were denied an accomodation after 7:30 so we had to hurry and skip the lunch. We had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. Moreover we were directed to dinner in a "nice place that is nearby". The place was closed.
On the next day we were "directed" to a parking outside Florence. It was under a reconstruction for a while.
The place is nice, Florence is easy accessable by car. However one shoud trust a smartfone, not the host.

Lovely rural location. Very peaceful. Great place to stay and decent home cooked food in the restaurant. Order ham and eggs for breakfast, you won’t be disappointed! Lorenza, the lady of the house is very nice and takes care of everything.

I think Lastra a Signa - the Agriturisimo at San Lorenzo was great for us and more like a 4.5 than a 3. We would highly recommend it for a full Tuscan experience, the stay, the food everything was great. Thank you Booking.Com for having this on you website. We really appreciate the choices you give us.

The house was lovely and the lady owner very kind. It would have been nice to have a kettle in our room. We were surprised to find that breakfast was not served in the hotel but in a cafe 1.5 km away which we had to walk to as we are travelling by train. The breakfast was good but it was a long walk. When we first arrived everything seemed to be okay or even better than expected. After the first night small problems seemed to appear. Even though a room service was obviously active, the floors were still dirty and on the third day the cleaning utensils were left in our room. The staff was overall very friendly and accommodating though. They actively remembered allergies / food intolerance sheet mentioning then one. It just sadly seemed like the place was lacking a certain degree of professionalism.

Really wonderful experience! We got lost on the way there, but when we finally found it, we loved it. Best experience in Italy (ten days of travel). Double check your GPS. Works very well with a car, good spot for discovering Firenze, while staying aside of the crowded city - everyday we went to Lastra a Signa railway station, let the car there and take the train for 15 min to Firenze SMN.
