This hotel is in a good location for long-distance stopovers as it is near the seafront and we were able to stretch our legs. Breakfast was good too with a choice of cereals, cakes and croissannts. Our room had a balcony which was a bonus.

Set right in front of its private beach, Hotel Eden is in Grottammare. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with a sea-view balcony, a traditional restaurant and a bar.

This hotel was fantastic and superceded all of our expectations! The staff was exceptional; it's run by a family who are the nicest people we've ever met on a vacation. The beach was fantastic, the cleanliness of the rooms was immaculate - we can't get over how great this experience was. The hotel's interior has not been turned into a super modern facility (which we actually appreciated as it gave a warm an friendly atmosphere), but it was so well kept! The rooms were spacious enough for the two of us, had a safe & mini fridge. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. The location was very convenient as its close to everything (supermarket, gelateria, farmacy etc.), but it's not a busy city center - it's located right between Grottammare & San Benedetto del Tronto which means the area is calm, but still somehow busy. Tons of great restaurants along the promenade. We just loved it. Hope to return for more than just 1 week next summer.

Great location next to the station and the sea. 3 kms from the sea walk in San Benedetto. Suggested for short trips or in case the interest is to stay close to the beach, for longer journeys would suggest staying closer to San Benedetto. Great breakfast with a lot of choice and fresh products

Super clean and modern room, with a nice view of the sea. Plenty of very friendly staff around to help , and always cleaning the place in public areas was nice to see. The BEST breakfast you’ll find in Abruzzo (maybe Italy ; )) We will definitely be staying again.

The b&b is on the hill overlooking the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean, breakfast included homemade cakes. The garden is well-kept and a perfect place to relax.

excellent location, close to the train station and seaside and a short walk (uphill) to the train station. The host lives in the building and so check in is easy. Comfortable and quiet room.
