The room and overall hotel was very charming and beautiful! Room was spacious and had a gorgeous view of the lake. The town was very cool to walk around and visit. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and staff was kind.

You can see Greccio across the beautiful valley from the little cottage , up the side of the mountain. Private drive and parking. Comfortable little apartment, kitchen has everything you need with a grocery store close by. The sun shining in your window and the birds singing in the morning is how you will wake up…cant say enough about the owners, the privacy, the beauty, the serenity of this great place!

I only stayed one night, but the experience was exceptional and I felt very welcome by Helena herself, who was very friendly and helpful. I really felt like a royal, residing in a palazzo! A lot of attention is also paid to details, even the toilet paper has a royal perfume! The family's restaurant downstairs (on the other site of the building), called Mammé, is highly recommended as well. It's the best restaurant I've ever experienced in Umbria, sublime!!!
