There was misunderstanding from my side but the staff solved the problem easily. Thanks for that. Comfortable bed. A pitty that pizeria downstairs did not work as I have read good rates. No noise from outside.

My plane arrived at night. I was looking for housing that could be reached on foot. I got there in about 20 minutes. I really liked the very clear check-in instructions; there were no problems with the keys or finding a room even at night. Well, the housing itself pleased me.

Wintergarden was very clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing, worth every penny. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport, which is only about 1/2 mile away. The hotel interior is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and it has an indoor pool. A very nice place to stay. And most of the staff spoke at least a fair amount of English, which was helpful since my Italian isn't very good yet. I would definitely stay here again.KimUnited States - 10Scored 10

I cannot fault the rooms and house it is in a lovely suburb but although only 15 minutes from the airport it is 30 minutes by bus to Bergamo. The buses and trains are very good and regular but if you go into Bergamo every day it needs to be part of your budget. Approx. £5 per person per return trip. Extremely helpful staff !!!
Extremely helpful staff !!! Even though our flight was cancelled last minute and we therefore didn’t make it to the La Rocca the staff was still immensely helpful and very responsive. Comforting in a chaotic situation like ours! I’d definitely book them again anytime! Also the English was flawless which made for no misunderstandings.

It is easily to find and about 20 min walking from the airport. The host can arrange a shuttle for you if you want. He is very calm, welcomes you to show the house. Breakfast is included and has: bread, jam, butter, nutella, some packed croissants, yogurt, coffee, tea and milk. The coffee was great, prepared in the moka. The bathroom is shared, but everything is very clean. So this is the best choice for tranzit.Teodora MariaRomania
