We were welcomed by our very friendly hostess. Spacious clean apartment with 2 bathrooms as the 2 bedrooms are on 2 separate levels. Right on the Via Francigena for pilgrims. Highly recommend.

Very friendly owner and very helpfull. Breakfast had the best croissants on our trip through Italy. If you are walking the Francigena its around a 20 min walk to pick up the route.

Beautiful property and accommodation. The host and her family were lovely and went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was yummy and beds comfortable with a little windows that have terrific views of the old city. I can’t recommend this more stay more highly. Thank you to Anna and family!

We were passing through on our pilgrimage to Rome on the Via Francigena and we enjoyed stopping in the town. It is beautifully situated on a hill with old medieval houses. We had super pizza at a pizzeria by the gateway into town.GregoryUnited Kingdom

The two of them were very friendly and helpful and Francesca followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory. The apartment is in the old part of Formello and is close to some very good restaurants. The apartment itself is decorated nicely and it was lovely to stay there. Our bedroom had a small balcony looking over the older houses in the village.

The staff were really helpful, allowing us extra time for our breakfast, fixing the hairdryer when it broke and giving us excellent suggestions for our days' outings. The location is tranquil and calm. Breakfast was modest but adequate with fresh fruit, home baked cakes, fruit juice (bottled not fresh), yoghurt, a couple of cereals, tea or coffee. Would highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast spread offered in the morning. The host gave me the nicest welcome with cold water and fresh watermelon, and offered an amazing breakfast spread in the morning. She also helped me find a place for dinner and made reservations for me. The location was great in the historic centre of Formello. Bed and shower were good and I was warm on a coolish night. I had to go to Rome for a day and stayed here as an alternative the day before, so I drove my car and stoped at formello to stay the afternoon and night with my girlfriend the night before, knowing that we were just 30 minutes away from Rome the next day.
