The wellness spa was very good but I didn't realise guests had to book in and pay an additional cost. Breakfast was nice and there was a good choice available. There was a very friendly helpful waitress. The family room was pleasant (and enormous).

The Location of the hotel was exceptional for access to transportation (train and ferry) around Lago d'Iseo. The room was large and had a beautiful view of the lake and the bed was very comfortable. Despite the 'worn appearance' of the bathroom the facilities were very clean. The owner was extremely nice and carried my luggage up to the train station for me after I had injured my hand.
