Beautiful old hotel. Rooms were mostly comfortable (couldn't figure out how the AC works). Not as close to the upper city as I had hoped. Short walk from the train station though.

Great room with a beautiful view. Good location with a short drive to Terni and Marmore Falls. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to eat gluten free and they were very attentive and had more options available to me than I expected. My wife enjoyed the use of the spa.

We were on our 2-day-trip from Puglia to Toscana and were looking for a relaxing place to stay after seeing the nearby cascades. This stay really fit well into what we needed and we had a wonderful time.
It was a last minute order and nevertheless the staff has been very accommodating and was able to make room for us for the great dinner their restaurant serves. The breakfast was also one of the better ones we had on our 1-month long trip.
The pool looks great but we didn't really use it as we got late in the evening when it was already cold and we only stayed for 1 night.
The views are just beautiful and the place could serve as a great base to see the Marmore cascades and the other nearby areas of interest like Assisi, Orvieto, etc.
