Vincenzo came by car to fetch me from the centre ofSessa Aurunca and offered to take me back the next morning. The villa is nearly 4km from the town itself, located on a farm with a magnificent view. The accommodation can not be bettered. He even presented me with a complimentary bottle of wine, and volunteered to stop at a supermarket on the way so I could make my own supper. A super-host indeed!
