Everything was excellent. We loved our room, the view was the best, heating was perfect inthe cold, rainy weather. I loved the balkony. Even had a piano in the room- which my son loved 😁 Staff is amazing- family run place, could not ask anything better. Parking was a bit tricky because the tight spaces, but it was manageable. Had dinners in the restaurant, very well priced dishes I recommend you to try it! Breakfast was plentiful, excellent to start the day. (scrambled eggs, salami, cheese, croassoints, jam, fresh rolls, fruits, corn flakes, 100% fruit juices, fresly made coffe)

i really love the area! so peaceful and quaint! I really really love the host, katherine and paolo! they treat us like family and were very helpful and patient with us during our stay. the place feels like home! I would definitely go there again if I were to go and visit lake como. I had a lovely stay and really miss the place after i return to my hometown.

Friendly host, spoke good english and the communication was clear.. The place was very clean and nicely furnished. The fridge had a nice breakfast and the host had even left us a bottle of bubbles. The view from the window was great. The house has two levels which both have separate entrances. We stayed in the bottom appartment. The locals are also very friendly, as are the guests staying in the houses around it. Everybody is there to have a relaxing time. The main bedroom of the house has a view both on the lake and looks over a sort of small courtyard. The whole area is high up from the main road, and it is a maze of old buildings, small stairs and walkways. Very pictoresque and quite steep to walk. There is limited parking near the house, so it is recommended to drive to the courtyard, unload your stuff and then park down near the road. There is a small train station 100m away where there is a small parking space. There is a tv with amazon prime and there is wifi. My only recommendation would be some kind of rolling mosquito screen for the master bedroom window. This would be a great addition! The 1st floor apartment has a main bedroom and a fold-out bed in the livingroom. We stayed there with 4 adults and a baby, so we definitely got our money's worth! Well worth the price.

First of, price & quality don't go well together but this hotel was able to provide a fair price with an absolutely tremendous amount of quality! Tina, the owner and her daughter Linda are giving out excellent service like a 5 star hotel! Breakfast is great and the view of lake Como is even better! Will come back again for sure!
