The property is amazing if you are looking for something quieter. It's really impressive villa with nice surrounding. Great place to take a break and relax. Location is great! Close to Pisa and not far from Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano... Tiziana is a really great host and made sure we have everything what we need. Would definitely come back!

The hosts and the breakfast were absolutely delightful. They laid out a huge spread of food including the most fresh & delicious croissants that we had on our trip. The owners operate several vacation rental rooms out of a long, 3-story building with multiple owners or tenants. The location--a short drive from Pisa-- suited us very well. The building backs up to a nice park on a quiet side street. Their restaurant recommendations led us to an enoteca where we enjoyed one of our favorite meals.
