Stopped here for one night with my dog - best place I've stayed. The room/building are beautiful - the breakfast was amazing (lots of homemade items!) - and the hosts are incredibly kind.

Right in the centre, just a couple of blocks from the walking street with plenty of shops and cafes / restaurants. Also there were plenty of bars and restaurants right down the street. The host kept in contact with me on the day leading up to the arrival, and she assisted with parking options for our large car.
The B&B was modern, spacious, and clean. Even though the B&B was in a lovely old apartment block, a lift had been retro-fitted with a lift. The rooms had good beds and showers.
The little dining room was clean. The contential breakfast was good, but the warm, fresh custard-filled croissants were the best.

Both the old town and new town are extensive, and both are effective working, shopping and eating places. The old town has many interesting architectural features, and I also had dinner in the cathedral square, which was is a location of interesting character. The old town has very steep streets, but if you are fit enough, the effort will be rewarded. I will visit it again to explore it further.

Cosenza's main street is a a vibrant pedestrian only street with great shops and restaurants. The remainder of the city is somewhat run down with the exception of the "old town" which is a great place to visit and wander around.

Cosenza is so close to the mountains, sea, and many wonderful historic towns in the region (like the centro storico of Rende). It's worth at least 5 days to explore it all! The Cosenza Centro Storico is worth a day on its own with the castle. I can't wait to go back and explore the area in more depth!

We booked Cosenza at the last minute and we’re so glad!
We booked Cosenza at the last minute and we’re so glad! Amazing city..mix of old/ancient/new, historic center is over the top with photo ops, we spent 2 days wandering the alleys. Very special place. Mostly locals, very few tourists, highly recommend!! Be prepared to walk a lot, up hills and stairs. Buses are confusing, not many people speak English. Worth the effort, get a taxi to the castle and walk down..incredible views!
Vast breakfast prepared by Michela! The building is a magnificent old palace belonging to one of the most important families in Medieval Cosenza; well renovated and comfortable. Easy walk to all of Cosenza's attractions. Amazing views from the terrace. When Michela learned I was visiting as part of a genealogy research project, she went out of her way to help me find local connections. While in the middle of the old city, the well-insulated windows kept out the noise. I never heard noise from other guests. Plenty of hot water.
Pasquale was wonderful! This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Cosenza. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the old town and museums. The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculate. I loved that there was free gated parking on the premises. There were homemade pastries for breakfast along with fresh fruit and yogurt. I also appreciated the security. The entire premises is gated. It feels safe and secure. Pasquale was a super host! Great value for the price. I would stay here again!
Everything! Very modern and spotless. The husband and wife were very nice. The view of the fountains was beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful with a very large cup of capuchino with a croissant that we pre selected the night before. Offered yogurt and juice and other types of toasts and jams. Bathroom had the best quality towels and fully equipped with towel hooks, shelves for our things, hair dryer, etc. Loved having a full mirror to see how far I have gotten being in Italy for the past three weeks LOL!!
This very large 3 bedroom apartment was in an excellent location for Cosenza- within walking distance of all shopping, restaurants. It was clean. I thought there was going ot be a full kitchen. As it turned out, there was a microwave, small fridge with an assortment of packaged foods for breakfast.
Large rooms, nicely appointed bathroom and shower.
The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
Really great value for the space. Able to find parking just next door.
Fantastic little hotel. Great location clean and friendly. The room is spacious and beautifully presented with a comfortable bed and a nice view out a large window.
The large ensuite has natural light and ventilation via a frosted window. Great shower and all facilities are new and in perfect working condition.
Breakfast is plentiful and the hospitality is superb.
Easy checkin and good communication with the host. The place it a large apartment in a residential building converted into a B&B: each room is private, just like in a hotel floor. Interesting concept. All communication was done via Whatsapp from arrival to payment. Very practical. Location is perfect between old and new town. Good shower and AC.
This was a full service hotel with elevators and a restaurant. The staff was efficient and the restaurant was quite good. This appeared to be a hotel that catered to business travelers and is is excellent in that regard. Parking was on street but spots we easy to find. We found a place directly in front of the hotel.
We had a great stay at Epoca Home. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning on the terrace! Everything was very clean, organized and the staff was friendly and helpful! The location is fantastic in Cosenza right on the pedestrian avenues with lots of shops and restaurants. We would love to stay here again!
Perfect location in centre of town. The rooms are beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The host was welcoming and friendly and helped with everything we needed despite us not being fluent in Italian. Parking is close and inexpensive. Great value hotel and nothing we could fault.
Breakfast was served (as usual) in my room. It was exactly as I had ordered the night before at reception (they have a list and you tick off what you would like). The wifi is good, the parking garage excellent, the whole hotel is pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are classic.
The location is perfect for a quiet stay and walk around the older part of Cosenza. The room was comfortable and updated. The breakfast was extensive with local specialties. Sonia gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner just down the street.
Owner Maria was very kind and friendly. From the breakfast room is a fantastic view to the old town. Old town is a walking distance from the hotel. My room was big and bed comfortable. From the guidance sent how to find an hotel helped a lot.
Stunning villa on a mountaintop in Cosenza, Monica and her family so beautiful, kind, welcoming, a wonderful stay and we only wish we could have stayed longer.
