Fabio, the host, was extremely helpful and easily contactable. The breakfast is in a cafe down the road but it is a very short distance away and we simply told the staff we were guests of Fabio's so the setup works very well. Not the biggest room but very comfortable nonetheless. We spent most of the time exploring the local so it was an ideal place to stay.

The bedroom and en-suite shower room we used were very clean and comfortable. There were two independent en suite bedrooms in this apartment , and there’s a large shared kitchen where breakfast options are laid out and/ or in the fridge, a cooker where you could have cooked if you wanted to, a large fridge and various utensils, coffee machines, tea bags , tea towels etc. We stayed two days and it was perfect. As others have noted, it’s about a ten minute walk from the station. The owner was there when we arrived and explained the keys, wifi, what to do on leaving. It was all very straightforward, and there are restaurants, bars, snack places, shops and a bank all en route from the station to the accommodation. Cisterna di Latina provided much nicer accommodation at a much more reasonable price than central Rome and as we had a train pass we were able to travel in and out at will.
