The hotel has been very recently and skillfully renovated. The rooms are bright and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and well-lit, with walk-in showers, bidets, heated towel racks, etc. The rooms are spotless. There is a decent gym. The included breakfast is very pleasant - lots of baked goods, etc. The location is perfect - just outside of the ZTL and easy to find. The Rocca Paolina is a 2-minute walk. From there, you can take an escalator right up into the center of the centro storico. The Partigiani parking garage is convenient to the hotel.
The unique chocolate-themed Chocohotel offers free indoor parking and free Wi-Fi. It is located just 0.6 mi from Perugia Train Station and historic center.
