We had a really good sized roof terrace on the sixth floor and the lifts were pretty efficient, breakfast options were good. Location was also good, close to the main train station and walking distance to all main attractions.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Located near to the CIA airport and Laurentina metro so it was easy to travel around. Easy to get taxis via apps too. Staff were so helpful with queries, good breakfast, a nice in-house restaurant, luggage storage facility, vending machines etc.

Igor the concierge was excellent, really helpful and extremely friendly, made our stay pleasurable and nothing was too much trouble.

The location was great - a 3 minute walk and you can see the colosseum. The room was massive, and surrounded by restaurants, convenience shops etc. Metro station is about a 2 minute walk away.
The staff were so helpful, especially the receptionist on duty on the morning on 5th April. My husband took not well and the staff member swiftly arrange for a doctor to come in and brought him up to the room. He made what was a pretty unpleasant experience a bit easier to deal with.
Thanks to that staff member in particular! :)

They gave us a kettle and it fines with milk sugar n tea ( for free ). Receptionist were helpful and they help us book airport transfer. N taxi to go around the city. Breakfast has a good selection. Location is good. 15 mins walk to the colosseum. 30 mins walk to the Spanish steps
The decor of the hotel was a bit old. But. It’s clean. So it’s ok. :))
