We booked a room but we got a full, large apartment with nice view over the Majella mountain and the sea. The B&B is located among beautiful wineyards in the quiet village of Canosa Sannita, a 15 mins drive from the beaches. It has a large garden open to the guests' use, for sunbathing and playing with the lovely cats and tiny dog, and private parking. The owner and her family were very welcoming and nice. Breakfast with fresh fruit from the garden, and lot of homemade sweets!

A lovely house with a garden and great view a few minutes walk from the village centre and next to the owners house. The family were lovely, very welcoming and friendly without being intrusive.

Nice staff, spoke good English. Helped me park my motorcycle inside the gate instead of the normal parking they also had, felt more secure. The chef who spoke very good English even came to my table at dinner and helped me order since the menu was only in Italian, I didn't even have to ask for help, he remembered me from checkin, had a great ragu. Breakfast was also good.

Very beautiful place, details oriented from a design point of view. Spaces around are well maintained, they have bikes available and a beautiful garden for picnic, even if they don’t provide service for it during low season. We addressed a complaint about the pool that was not available, however they tried to accommodate our request successfully.

We stay more often in the Marche and try to pick different hotels when travelling further south. We found this location and it was superbly located right between the Olive Tree fields. The estate is really large and the hotel itself only has a few rooms. But the rooms are really great!! We loved staying at this hotel. Furthermore, we have had many breakfasts whilst being in Italy, but the breakfast we had at this hotel has been the best breakfast we have ever had!! It was amazing.
