Great location if you are with a car (garage for free) or you can use a Metro (10 min walk from hotel). Pool is only open in summer. The rooms are getting renovated now so sometimes it smells like construction. Overall great value, and an old grand hotel vibes.
Breakfast is very standard, has everything you need, but not exceptional. We got 2 rooms same value, one was big on the 4th floor, and another was much smaller on the 3rd (same price, different experience).

The location is beautiful and really close to the subway. The staff was so nice in every way possible, they always helped when we needed them, they were really nice. We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was really good, Recommend it 100%. Will surely come back!Romano - 4.0Scored 4.0
Staff was cold and ineffective.
Staff was cold and ineffective. Waited 35 minutes at the bar for water as none was made available with the room, and locals kept cutting in front of us so we gave up and risked drinking tap water. One towel was given for the two of us. Room service was pushing us out 30 minutes before checkout. Breakfast was very nice for 20-euro.

Assago is a featureless suburb of Milan, with only modern plaza-type buildings. Do not go here looking for history or beauty. It is functional, has many shops and (American-style)restaurants. I found it soul destroying; I only stopped here because it was convenient for my long car journey.

I actually didn't see much of Assago as I had come for an exposition. The nearby area of H2C ist just shopping mall, cinema and food stores... and a lot under construction. So maybe in a few month and especially in summer it might look more beautiful. Walking space is actually less, as most of the area seemed to be only parking space...

It is also good to stay if you want to go in the city center as there is the metro stop 5 min walking distance. The house is really nice and modern with all comforts you need. You really feel at home! The host is really friendly and always keen to help in any request. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Assago Milanofiori Forum Metro Station is a 10-minute walk from where you can reach the Duomo in half an hour.
