Breakfast okay, a freshly cooked omelette by reception lady. She felt bad because she was directing my husband into a parking place, and directed him to run over our suitcase, which broke the handle. There are not enough parking places.

For the most, everything was wonderful. The apartment spacious and the hosts so friendly and helpful. They even provide parking in the middle of the town in high summer!However the downside was the location, with bedroom windows giving onto a main road, which had traffic thundering down it at night, given that many truck drivers prefer nighttime driving as the daytime was so hot in August. Sleep was already next to impossible because of the intense heat. Air conditioning is not an option for the laws of this town. so through no fault of our hosts the nights were decidedly uncomfortable. perhaps acooler cotton sheets on the beds would have slightly eased the situation.

excellent location - 5 minutes to the beach (public and private). there are : markets, restaurants, shops, a cafe, and a pharmacy nearby. Cleanliness at a high level! perfectly equipped kitchen. It is not difficult to find a parking space near the house. Every Wednesday, a market is held on the street under the house and in the surrounding streets, where you can buy local farm products (vegetables, fruits, cheeses, etc.) - visiting the market would be a great idea!

It was just a stop for us during a long travel. But this place definitely deserves more time to spend. Nice old house with original 1911 furniture. The host was just very nice and kind.

It's a nice, small town with everything you need to spend your weekend. There are a huge number of private beaches but it is still possible to find some public ones.
The offer of food is not very big, but Albisola marina is walking distance and has a better offer.
I would say it is a quite local place for summer holidays as most of the people where Italian (at least in the beach we were).
Although there is a train station, i guess it is more convenient to get there by car.
And on the leaving you can always visit Genova, which is 40 km away
