Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great location close enough to Blóndous, but far enough away to be cozy and private. Lovely atmosphere and great owners. Very easy to talk with and extremely accommodating hosts.

The location was perfect on our way from Egilsstađir to the Westfjords. The hosts were very nice and the breakfast good, normal European style. Rooms was cozy and comfortable. The towels, however, were like sandpaper. The wifi was poor. Noise from the common area could disturb those who prefer to sleep in. Overall though, we'd recommend if you're in need of a place to stay in this region of Iceland!

Svínavatn Guesthouse is a great place to stay! The room and place is sparkling clean. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. There are also a lot of outlets in the room. We only drove through here and stayed at the guesthouse so we can't say too many things.
