I liked the location, the proximity to the tech park. Room was fine, nothing fancy, very similar to other IBIS hotels. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. Water pressure in the bathroom was good. Overall a comfortable stay. You can park the car at the basement and directly take the lift to your room, something that adjacent Novotel lacks. Staffs were very welcoming especially Sarmistha. Usual requests for plates, valet parking, weighing the luggages were done promptly. Exceptional requests such as early check in and late check out requests were also granted. The cancellation policy is very generous, however, I think guests should be offered a lower rate for prepaid non-cancellable bookings. Something that is missing for both IBIS and Novotel at outer ring road.

An efficient business hotel....not very high on luxury....but well located and generally very efficient. Check-in and check-out were a breeze (they had an express check-out for me). Breakfast was exceptionally good! Staff was very friendly....all of them. Did not use the gym....but I am told it is open 24 hours.
