The place is very tastefully built depicting kerala culture very beautifully. It's extremely clean and the staff is very helpful and homely. The house gives a very home like feeling specially with the sumptuous food cooked by Sunita. She is an excellent cook and ensures meals are served on time and sufficient. The house is facing beautiful fields which gives urban people experience the rural life overlooking the fields was a beautiful experience .Highly highly recommend this place to experience a calm and serene environment and a beautiful house with home cooked birth kerala cuisine.

The best thing was the beach right across......private and clean. The fact that there are only 4 rooms and we were the only guests made it feel exclusive and private without the buzz of a hotel. The amenities are all very good and the whole area is spotless with wooden decor. yoga and traditional massages are available on demand. Transport to nearby places was arranged as requested. Though the breakfast menu is limited, Very good restaurants are available nearby if one chooses to dine out. Fresh sea food one gets to savour. Great seaside destination but the service maintenance and food can definitely improve at the resort we stayed in Bekal Fort, Veliyapramaba and Kavvayi islands are great visits. Manjeshwar Ananthapadmanabhaswamy temple is a must visit as the place is very peaceful and not crowded Plenty of highway eateries for both vegetarians and non vegetarians and it is very easy getting around town in Nileshwar Avoid the afternoon sun as it can get very hot ( this is only February and I can imagine what it can be post April till August)VenkateshIndia - 8.0Scored 8.0

One can have a pleasant and relaxing stay in Nileshwar. Not being a popular destination is a plus. Quite and secluded beaches is the speciality of this place. The only problem is the road from the nearest airport (Mangalore) is very bad with lot of pot-holes.MuthuvelIndia - 10Scored 10

We stayed at Malabar Ocean Front Resort And Spa - One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Neeleshwar,Kasrgod, Kerala. If someone wants to visit the Bekal Fort then they could directly book cab or auto and reach the Bekal Fort within 35 minutes. Malabar Ocean Resort made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. All respect for the staff who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality.Prashant RanjanIndia

Staff provides service with a smile and met our special food requests also. Breakfast items are as per request and the freshly made dosa, pancakes, omlette, coorgi coffee in french press was a great way to start the morning - all were tastefully made and presented. Privacy at the beach, pool by the beach were enjoyed to savour the sea exposure. Dont miss the cycle ride to the neighbourhood - good physical exercise.
