It was nice stay in Mango Tree Homestay. The place is little far off from Hospet but really close to the archeological sites of Hampi. Also if you wany a quite stay in a homely environment it is the perfect place to be. The owner also helps with necessary tips and arrangements for sightseeing. Homemade breakfast and coffee we really liked most. The restaurant facility of the owner although Vegetarian but of really good quality.

It was an amazing experience.
It was an amazing experience. We went for Holi and it was worth it. The only pain point was the weather. It was too hot so I would definitely recommend you go either during monsoon or post that. Apart from that the landscape is very unique and beautiful.

Hampi is a very special place even if you just want to watch the sunrise or the sunset, however it alot more to offer with the history of the city. I fully rec
ommend you hire a qualified guide for the day it costs around 2500/3000 but well worth it otherwise your just walking around ancient sites not knowing what it all was. It's very spread out so you need transport, scooters tuktuk taxi. Alot is free but some places you need to pay it costs 600 which lets you into 3 of the locations. The temple elephant goes down to the river for its daily bath which is a good experience as you can get in the river near to it. Just enjoy it

The sheer extent of the historical sites is remarkable.
The sheer extent of the historical sites is remarkable. We benefitted from being adjacent to this in the Temple View Hotel in the bazaar area. The museum and main palaces are a must, made more pleasant and achievable on the heat by engaging an auto rickshaw driver at an agreed rate for the day( suggest 1,500 rupees for the day) Chill out bamboo was our favourite eating and cool drink location.

Nobody will tell you the following.
Nobody will tell you the following.
I previewed nearly hundreds of videos on Hampi on YouTube. But nobody gave proper iternary about how to visit the places.
Use Google map and directions to visit the places. Hier two wheeler if you don't have your own vehicle. Do not go for auto rickshaw option unless otherwise you can't drive.
Start the morning with queens bath and surrounding temples. Then visit Vitthal temple.
Take some rest in your hotel and in the evening visit sunset point and surrounding temples.
At night you can visit virupaksha temple.
Next morning visit sunrise point. Then go for "darli" ride. Visit the other side of Hampi that is hippy Island. Visit Anjanedari hill.
If you have more time you can visit the other remaining places.

As the Hampi is famous for the Stone Chariot which was situated at the Vitthala Temple and other monuments which includes Virupaksha Temple. The best thing is the Sunrise & Sunset at the different locations i.e. Matanga Hills, Sanapur Lake etc. Overall the Best trip for the solo travellers as we will get partners from the another countries which came to roam Hampi. If you want to chillout with your friends definitely visit but book a room near virupaksha temple and use bicycle or the journey which will give best experience ever.
The place is located at the prime location so the commute is easily accessible. The stay was very comfortable and memorable, it exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and hygienic. The best part was the home-cooked food provided by the owner of the homestays, which made the experience even more homely. They also helped us with the things which we can explore in the city and guided us with the transportation. The owner is very friendly and it truly felt safe and homely. Highly recommended , if you are planning a trip to Hampi
The hotel person took another booking and didn’t provide me accommodation.. i was roaming in the whole hampi for stay… I want to make a complaint to booking.com despite of having confirmed booking i was denied stay.. the other hotel provided by the incharge of padma villa charged me very high i.e Rs. 3500/- with a reason of pick season…i have wasted my money and energy in search of stay.. I want compensation for this..A lot of stress and agony.. We were roaming with out luggage in the whole hampi but couldn’t find a place to stay.
Travelled solo for photography and visit Hampi, the best and calmest place to stay in Hampi which has a natural pool to take a dip in the river water. Food is great, people wrote it's expensive but i felt it was worth it. The staff are polite and greet you every time they come across and take care of clients. Food ordered will be late considering the season and the busy time of the day but when requested it will be expedited.
Akash was caring and checking on everything needed.. good hospitality from all of the staff kudos.
Excellent stay, very friendly owners and knowledgeable..
They knew Malayalam which made my stay even pleasant and they provided best service.
Home cooked food was the best..
They are familiar with Kannada, English, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi..so anyone would be comfortable interacting with them and getting your guidance.
The stay is suitable for families and friends..
Highly recommended everyone to stay at pushpa home stay, Hampi.

We stayed at this homestay, and it was amazing! The people who welcomed us were so nice and made us feel at home right away. The house was really pretty and super clean. Our room was big and had everything we needed.
Every morning, we got to eat yummy breakfast made by the hosts. It was so delicious! They also helped us in renting vehicle and connected us with the correct POC for it.
Overall, it was the best place to stay! I had a great time and can't wait to go back!
i had a great time in Hampi staying at Brindavan homestay. it is in a good location within walking distance to markets and temples. it was nice to be able to enjoy a light meal or snack at a street restaurant right in front. there is no restaurant in the accommodation, but so i was able to relax in quiet conditions. manager Swamy is a gentleman. he provided friendly and detailed feedback on customer requests. if i go to Hampi again, this is a place I want to stay again.
Loved everything about the homestay. Best budget stay in Hampi.
Owner was the most helpful in creating detailed itinerary. He went out of his way to make us feel at home. He even drove us on his bike when we wanted to go to a nearby place. He really cares about the guests.
His wife prepared authentic Kannada cuisine which was finger licking good. The Upma and thali we had there were very delicious.
The room had all amenities with TV and super fast Wi-Fi connection.
This home stay hotel is the best if you ever want to stay in Hampi. There are different games for you to play in this place. Safe for the family. The rooms are big. In this place you have scope to cultivate your art of painting. Tungabhadra River and Chintamani Temple are 100 meters from here. Enjoy a leisurely swim in the river here in the morning. Here Mr. Vishal is the manager. They speak in Hindi. They planned our trip very well. Definitely visit.
Guest house is exactly besides virupaksha temple. Location wise is it’s a great option to stay. Walkable distance from Hampi bus stand. You don’t need to take rickshaw to reach this place from Hospet. You can take a bus from Hospet bus stand and reach Hampi bus stand. Hot water for bath is available throughout the day. Drinking water was provided in the central lobby.
We had great experience!! Nice place to stay with family and has easy access to waterfalls, lake and corakel boat riding. Huts are in good condition, well maintained and they have restaurant that serves awesome food. The staff (Pavan & Prem) are courteous, jovial and the owner Moulali is very friendly person. I would recommend Island Vibes for sure.
The surrounding area is stunning with the restaurant being the highlight of the property - it offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel was accommodating to us arriving early in the morning. They were also helpful in organising a rickshaw tour around Hampi (Huli took us round - would highly recommend).
We had a great stay. The rooms are good and comfortable with a good AC and soft beds. The hosts were very friendly and helped us out amazingly with getting around in Hampi and booking the train. Their food was the best we had in Hampi, you must try it! The cold water the hosts provided was also a highlight ;-). Cute kittens and a friendly dog.
This hotel is in JSW township, which is very well done and super green. There was a temple and lake inside township. One can spend a day there. The swimming pool was big and good; there were activities for kids. Overall very nice experience. Hampi is 24km from this place.
I have good experience for the hampi in this hotel I am stay for 3days staff also friendly with customers he well give the ordinary for hampi food is very tasty 😋 I well recomend this place jungle tree hostel hampi please visit this place and enjoy your trip 😊
Great place to stay, hosted by Raghavendra and his family. Genuinely the best service that one can expect, went out of his way in helping me to get around Hampi.
The food was homemade and delicious.
Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hampi.
Rooms are absolutely neat, all facilities are available over there. Owner is too supportive. Easy go place. I suggest to use this oppurtunity when u come to Hampi... Even calls during booking were received nicely.... Overall it was like My home... 😊😊
The location is far from the main attractions of Hampi. There is no island, it's just a name.
The huts are bamboo and thatch, so very basic but fairly clean. Music is loud which is fine if you don't plan to sleep early .
Location is awesome. Asha welcome us so nicely. Property is exactly 200m away from hampi monuments. One of the best home stays I Ever lived. Thank you Asha for warm welcome!!!!
Looking forward to meeting you again 😀
Food was tasty and Ramu ji was very helpful, stay was pleasant and rooms were clean.
Raghu ji also helped us with transportation to and fro from hospet to hippie island.
