Stunning view of backwaters, food excellent (try to request Kerala cuisine from the chefs), nice boat tour, the rooms are spacious with good views, and the house has plenty of nice spaces to relax (including an indoor garden!). Also reasonably priced given there are 6 full BR + bath. If you are a large group looking for a couple of nights close to Kochi, 100pct recommend this property as opposed to a houseboat tour. The staff (especially Kevin and Frank) are attentive and friendly.

The places was beautiful. The owner stays in the same property, but in a different house of he can tend to any needs that you may have. The entire villa is very beautiful and aesthetically designed. The place is clean and comfortable. The river is just 20 meters from the house and there is complete privacy because from the owners because the property is big.
It's an excellent day for couples as well.

Everything was outstanding - the welcome at the reception, earlier readiness of our rooms allowing us to check-in before time, comfort of the rooms, the grounds (hammocks!), paddle boats, the boat ride in the backwaters, pool and the restaurant. The location is a little out but I don't know how one can have access to such a well maintained, tranquil property without leaving the bustling roads behind. I think the food at the restaurant may be an understated aspect given we're dependent on it completely - the food was excellent. We'd love to have spent more time there. 100% recommend!
