Room layout was decent and had exact amount of beds I booked for. There were 2 toilets which was a plus.

Everything was the best. The property is nice, well maintained, but due to one person it makes it special. That is Sanitha. She will make you feel like long time friend. She is the heart and the soul of the hotel. Been many times in India, but its hard to say I met such a person trying to do so much effort for me.
