Only 2-3 place to see, very nice restaurants where you get south and north indian dishes esp Coonoor Junction was superb. Better to take your own Car to move around. Not to venture out at night time since there are no street lights.

The scenery around the location , room rent, room size and food are the main reasons we revisited the property the second time.
The approach road to this property can be tricky for some - if you can ignore this , I recommend all to go for it. if you're looking to spend quiet tranquil time, with a tea estate view. and great food.

Coonoor is an ideal place for an weekend trip from Coimbatore. Not much for sigh seeing, its more suitable for idle and relaxed weekend. Choose some good resort and chill.
Try toy train for either coming to going out of Coonoor. It's worth it.
Go for Ooty, after Coonoor if you have longer vacation.
The views were the best, out of the world. The rooms were excellently maintained with all amenities to experience a luxury living.
Lakshman, the resort manager and his staff were very courteous and professional. They were kind enough to oblige to all our requests to make our stay comfortable..
The food was very homely and delicious.
I would highly recommend this resort and prefer to stay next time I visit Coonoor. We took a nice walk in the tea gardens right behind the hotel
The room at Teanest was very comfortable. The hot shower was welcome. Dinner at the restaurant was good. An uncommon service, someone from the restaurant came to my hotel room with the restaurant menu to ask me to choose my dinner order and the time that I wanted to eat so that dinner service could begin at the time that I arrived at the restaurant. Important to note that this hotel is a considerable distance from the Coonoor city center. The surrounding tea fields were pretty.
The location and the views from the rooms were awesome. We had a room with a balcony and it was very spacious, very hygienic and well maintained. All the staff were extremely hospitable and made us feel at home and welcomed. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable by arranging few of our request. The food was very fresh and appetizing. Breakfast Buffet is the best and balanced. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel. Felt at home
We received a warm welcome from Ranga and his family. He could not have been more helpful to us during our stay, organising cars and drivers, autos, even drawing maps to help us when out and about walking locally. Hidden Heaven is a little haven of tranquility just a ten minute walk from bustling Coonoor. It's ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful base from to explore this area.
Amazing location and very friendly hosts. The owner is extremely friendly. He invited us to Coonoor club and made us experience the best of Coonoor's elite night life. Shiva and Aunty, you guys really took very good care of us. We miss spending time with you all. Also, Aunty's cooking is the best. Thnak you all once again for being so sweet and making us feel at home.

Verdict : Affordable and a hygienic stay with enough security and ample light.
I visited Coonoor with my friends and stayed here for a night.
The stay was very comfortable and convenient.
Mr. Suresh and Mr. Elumalai left no leaves unturned in providing high class service.
Special mention to their cooking skills!
Liked the host Alok. He checked in with us with food preference and made sure that we had everything we needed in our room. The place has great views of Coonoor. His dog Juniper also gave a warm welcome . Only the road to the place is a bit challenging to access from main road.
the home stay is centrally located in Coonoor. The railway station as well as the bus stand is easily accessible.
We loved the hospitality of the staff - Mr. Moin and the ladies working with him. We were treated with a lot of affection and very taken very good care of
It was awesome stay at a super cosy and comfort hostel, As it was my first solo trip, I was very comfortable over there with a homely feel. Met few good friends too. For sure this hostel will be in top of my list whenever I plan to visit coonoor in near future.
Very calm and pleasant. Flower Decorated lawn. Perfect place for family chat.
Food variety is limited but taste is great.
But Isolated location hotel with 6 rooms only.
Rooms are spacious. But hotel size or kids play area is small.
incredible location! far away from the bustle of main Coonoor yet close enough to get to the main spots around; tea nest is nestled in a nice little tea alcove. great staff and very clean comfortable rooms with strong wifi as well.
