The hotel was magical. Relaxing and fun vibes. The room was beautiful, the pool and spa were great and we enjoyed the live music in the evenings and at the pool. Ilana was really nice and welcoming. We had a great time! Just what we needed!

Ein Bokek is easy accessible by public transportation.

Ein Bokek is easy accessible by public transportation. It is located along the cost of Dead Sea,has many comfortable hotels to stay. It has nice beaches. Costal area is newly rebuilt. Has separated lines for bikers or wakers. It is easy to make day trips, or tours to historical sights beautiful cities, vineyards, zoos from here. Here is a Shopping mall with some top European and US brands, nice cafes, delicious bakeries. Jewelry store is located in David hotel. It is high quality designer jewelry. I love silver, never left empty handed. Dead sea cosmetic, probably the most noticeable attraction of this place. All brands and varieties, may be found in many stores, or tasted in spas. I love this place, hope to visit again

    Very quiet and relaxed place.

Very quiet and relaxed place. Close to visit other areas such as Masada national park or Ein Gedi by car, taxi or bus. Not many options of places to eat outside of hotel and it is a place literally to relax so do not expect a nightlife as not what the area is about.

This is the Dead Sea, hot sea water, coarse salt sea floor and HOT. A cool day is 35 C, so you need a hat, water, sunscreen/sun block and foot protection if your feet are sensitive. Get a half meal plan, you can easily get by with lunch and dinner. Mix sea fun with pool time.

It's an incredibly beautiful place, the views are magnificent. It's almost a spiritual experience. It's very hot so you need to have water with you at all times and always cover your head. The heat is coming from everywhere so it's easy to get a heat stroke. If you want to go hiking, always look for hike trails and don't go into the desert if you don't know what you're doing - you can get lost and there are wild animals (like ibexes and leopards). If you go into the Dead Sea, always listen to the instructions - float on your back only and don't put your head under water. There are direct busses to Ein Gedi and Masada - both worth visiting. Buying bus tickets can be confusing as you can't pay cash - you need a Rav-Kav card which you can charge with your credit card in many ATMs, the card itself costs ₪5 (I think it can only be bought in their offices, we bought it at the bus station in Arad). I believe there's also an option to buy tickets through Moovit app (I haven't tried it myself, I've only used it for checking the routes and bus numbers).

At the hotel, the breakfast was very good.

At the hotel, the breakfast was very good. Lots and lots of food and a great variety. I loved the cheese cake! For lunch or supper I would go to the Aroma in the small mall opposite the hotel. They have excellent service, a variety of salads and sandwiches to sit down or take away and great coffee. There is also the big new mall nearby and a variety of shops, kiosks and stalls next to it with minimarkets, fast food and sit down places to eat, fashion shops, shoe shops, cosmetic products of the Dead sea and more. It is easy to get around Ein Bokek. Most things are nearby. You don't have to walk far to get from one place to another. But a car would be handy if you would want to get from the North end to the South! e.g. if you stay in a North hotel and want to get to the South end where there are separate bathing facilities for the religious at Hamei Zohar near the Leonardo club hotel. I think there is a bus service, but I don't know the frequency of it. In addition, the hotels can call a taxi or shuttle service for you.

In addition to the dead sea this is close to some beautiful nature hikes with waterfalls- nachal david, nachal arugot. There are also jeep rides nearby and this hotel gave us a voucher to use the spa facilities at another hotel. This hotel had a pool and massage parlor on site.

I liked everything from the staff to the looks of the room. The hotel is perfectly placed besides the sea and it's utmost beautiful beach. Everything is really comfy. You have a pool on the street, dead sea, inside you have a jacuzzi, pool with a dead sea water that is closer to the showers then dead sea itself. Morning breakfasts are very delicious and you have a lot of options to choose from. Also the cafe that has indoor and outdoor places with sea views is a really great bonus. The room with a balcony is a fire one ;)

The Hotel is right on the dead sea, with easy access to all the shops and beach areas. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served in the restaurant at the entrance to the pool areas and were always fresh and plentiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. A special mention to Duty Manager Hofit, who went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and memorable. She offered solutions and gave us the best treatment ever - making herself available to us all the time. Thank you Hofit!

    - The only hotel there to offer a one night stay - Big win for them. We couldn't leave the children behind for more than two days, so that was a good deal for us. - Late check out on Saturday @14:00 was a great surprise and suited us very well. - The indoor "Salt pool" is a very nice way to enjoy the dead sea's benefits, without the blistering sun. - Free luggage deposit after check-out is nice (We didn't use the service - but good to know). - It was very clean. - The staff was very pleasant.

Our experience at The Leonardo Inn Hotel Dead Sea was exceptional. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff was extremely helpful, immediately taking care of all our requests in a friendly and attentive way. The food was exceptional and the dining room service was perfect. The pool was also very clean and well taken care of. When we had a special request for the hotel, the management took personal interest and did everything they could to help.

The pool was amazing! The operation at the dinning room is fluent The food was some of the best in Israel - fresh, good selection, real. I recommend half board, as both meals were worth it. The rooms are very clean and big. The location is so good we are in the front of the dead Sea, with a lifeguarded beach and plenty of seats and shades. we stay 4 days and was a great experience. Will recommend the hotel to others.

Vegans, we really liked the breakfast because there were many vegan options. The only thing missing for us vegans was a protein like lentils or tofu or hummus. The baked vegetables were delicious! (For dinner we went to Mexicani and they have a great vegan tortilla with grilled soymeat.) Regarding the room, the balcony was nice, with a view of both the mountains and the dead sea.

The hotel is very modern, it's huge, very spacious, the rooms are comfortable with large beds. It has an indoor swimming pool with dead sea water, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a Turkish bath, all free of charge. It also offers massage treatments by appointment, which you can pay for. The buffet breakfast offers plenty of variety and choice, even for people with dietary restrictions.

The pool and spa dining room is very nice . The rooms are old the AC is not working well and the fridge is not working at all ( we had 3 rooms ). I wouldn’t return to the property. In all of Israel the value you get for your money is terrible but this place was the worst .
