Breakfast was perfect lots to choose, Irish breakfast is the best. Smithwichs in the bar was the icing on the cake.
Lovely village to walk around with lots of shops. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night. Due to this most of the shops were closed or closing when we arrived and we didn't have time the following morning to get a really good look around. Only one of the pubs in the village offered live music on the night we were there and as we didn't have a booking they wouldn't let us in. Great little cafes for breakfast with good coffee.

We stayed in the Dun Raven Arms, great hotel, owner present all the time and very friendly, and you could see his staff got on really well with him.
We went up the town and had a few drinks in Bill Chawks pub up around the corner from the hotel. He has another pub called Auntie Lena's but the Bill Chawk Pub is nicer.
We went for a good walk by the river passed a Church of Ireland and arrived back on the walk in the middle of the town. I think maybe 2 miles.
Dinner bed and Breakfast in the Dun Raven was super. We were not on a deal just B&B but had dinner there. We had dinner there before we had stayed and it was lovely so that's why we came back. It had been very busy that day and we met the owner Mr. Murphy and he gave us a table. I think if we had not met him we may not have got that table.
I would give the mark out of 10, 10 out of 10. We also had a beautiful room No 65 with a dressing room, a bathroom, a two seater couch and a very big room.
thank you

This was a beautifully maintained, relatively small facility with perfectly maintained rooms. It was spotlessly cleaned throughout. The included breakfast was made to order freshly for each guest. The hosts payed personal attention to us, and we felt like we were at home. The shops and pubs were a 5-minute walk away.

I always enjoy the hotel and it’s always very comfortable and warm. Again ordering breakfast for two should only cost five euro for two not ten each day which I thought was too much. Room service menu could be changed . Again we had a pizza and a sandwich and it was not cheap. When we booked the hotel initially they only told us they would only need card number to hold the room but when we arrived at hotel we realised that they had taken whole amount without asking us. I was very annoyed . When queuing this action the secretary said it was a very busy weekend and that is why. I have stayed in few four or Five star hotels on a very busy weekend and they didn’t do that to us. I hope it won’t happen again.

Taking a walk around the Maigue River is something we like to do when in Adare. Also, Adare has one of the nicest Tourist Information Centers in all of Ireland. You can get info, eat, shop, get directions, even ice cream. Dunraven Arms Hotel is a delightful place to stay.Adare has a lovely park which is charming for children and adults.

Very easy to get around Adare so we walked all the time we stayed there. There is a lovely 2km walk by the riverbank which takes in all the Historic Buildings. There is a lovely village park where one can sit and read in peace. Dunraven Arms Hotel is a Luxury family-run hotel with a nice bar and great staff. Arches and Auntie Lena's serve great food and staff were also very nice.
If you stay one place, stay here! Phenomenal hospitality, bucolic setting, warm comfortable clean pristine surroundings in country home. Breakfast was out of this world wonderful. The gardens are dreamy. The hosts are the finest kindest warmest people of Ireland. You'll never want to leave. Shannon airport and Adare are comfortable drive.
The breakfast was tasty and a good selection to choose from. The breakfast room was lovely and spacious.
The landlady was very helpful and was not only very knowledgeable on the local area, but also recommended places to visit as part of our visit to Ireland. She went out of her way to find information booklets to take with us.
A lovely, clean, up to date property with a friendly and welcoming host. It was one of the best properties we stayed at during our 10 days in Ireland, with the exception of breakfast, which was minimal. Otherwise, we’d come back again!
Lovely to be back in an old traditional hotel with friendly staff. We knew what to expect as we stay with you several times before and, making allowances, for Covid, were not disappointed.
you still have the finest beef in Ireland.
Anne's home was magnificent and gorgeous. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. And Anne was a most delightful Host. She prepared a delicious & hearty breakfast in a beautiful dining room. I would love to return to her home.
The place was spotless and the owners had stocked the fridge and left tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. It was a real home from home. It was quiet but close enough to busy Adare.
Breakfast was good. bedroom comfortable and clean. location excellent right in heart of adare.
bathroom was clean and toiletries nice. room was spacious. Lovely big bed.
