We have a one year-old so it was important to find a place that is comfortable, safe, clean and big. Villa Dorida honestly exceeded our expectations. We felt so at home and the hosts were just the most amazing people. When we got there, we found a nice snack, homemade bread and the fridge filled with basic groceries. They welcomed us and helped us with all our luggage. When we realized our travel bed for the lottle one wasn’t going to suffice, they gave us the one they had and it was much bigger and more comfortable than ours. During our stay they were always available since they live on the property. When we were leaving we got a beautiful parting gift. I also have to emphasize this is a perfect place for a family. The apartment has EVERYTHING. you could literally walk in with just your clothes and you will have a great vacation. from cooking oil to beach towels, everything was available. the beach is also really beautiful and clean. they also have kayaks and paddle boards available for their guests so this was definitely a nice bonus. last but not least, the view from this place is something else. All in all I would highly recommend Villa Dorida and we would definitely visit again. the hosts and this place made our first family vacation memorable. Thank you Jasminka and Mile…keep doing what you’re doing. it’s very special.

We didn't expect this kind of professionalism, lovely owner and lovely staff of this fine estate provided us with everything we needed. The place itself is beautiful, apartment was excellent, surrounding full of nature is beautiful, so close to the beach, peaceful and quiet, serenity. We will definetly come back again. This lovely place is on a quiet bay, with an entire apartment—2 bedrooms, dining room, living room, terrace overlooking waterfront, with swimming. Wish we could have stayed a week! Friendly kind hostess, very flexible with our late evening arrival. Had juice and milk in the refrigerator for us. Would love to return to this relaxing home.

Everything was just perfect! The sea is very close, a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas for three families. The house has everything, everything is new and in excellent condition. A huge terrace with a large table with breathtaking sea views. Hospitable hostess! Everywhere is very clean. Parking near the house.

Shops - there is one small shop open in June which caters for basic breakfast stuff - croissants, bread, milk, etc. Bring your own coffee, tea, or other snacks or food as the shop has a very limited selection and no fresh vegetables or fruit. Local fishermen come once or twice a week (Wed and Sun) at 9 am and sell fresh sardines on the beach.
Eating out - Restaurant - Konoba LUCICA is a nice place with excellent pizza, home-made white and red wine, fish (might not always be fresh), very welcoming hosts. Villa MALO MISTO is a horror story of a restaurant, serving frozen fish and then making up stories about medium or well done fish, so keep away from it!
