Crithoni's Paradise Hotel, hotel in Vromolithos

Dramatically located on the coast of Crithoni, this 4-star complex features spacious rooms with flat-screen TVs and private balconies. On-site facilities include a gym, a hot tub and a sauna.

Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety. The pool is beautiful , lots of chairs and shady spots to cool off. All staff were very friendly and helpful; always with a smile they are the best. The snack bar by the pool had drinks and a snack/bar menu available all day and the kids loved lunching there and ice cream after ward. The rooms were more than adequate, beds comfortable and cleaned daily. The grounds are absolutely beautiful too, lots of mature flowers and shrubbery.

Elpiniki, hotel in Vromolithos

Featuring a well-tended garden, the traditionally-built Elpiniki is located in Alinda of Leros, within 1476 feet from the beach.

The Elpiniki is a beautiful place with pleasant rooms and a private courtyard. The family is helpful and lovely. We had fun learning a few words of Greek. Everything is super clean, our kitchen was nice and the hangout space/living room is great. We always walked around town, within 5 to 10 minutes you can reach a supermarket and several good restaurants, and the crystal clear water. At the house bar, Dimitris made us yummy Aperols. Efcharista, it was a pleasure to be there, hope to see you all again one day. I had also booked a studio for a friend.

Hotel Marilen, hotel in Vromolithos

Located between two of the largest beaches on the island of Leros, in the area of Alinda, Hotel Marilen offers self-catering rooms and a swimming pool surrounded by orange groves and vineyards.

We returned to Hotel Marilen because the location, rooms and welcoming staff make for a delightful stay. The large room with kitchen and patio has everything to make staying in Leros easy and relaxing. It’s in a quiet location a bit away from the heavy tourist areas, yet with a rental car dining and beaches are very close. It’s a perfect location if you have a boat in the Artemis boat yard.

Vromolithos is very beautiful and the sea is clean.

Vromolithos is very beautiful and the sea is clean. The people are very helpful and will go out if their way to help in anyway that they can. The easiest way to get around is by car or scooter as it is very hilly and in the heat of the summer walking is difficult.

Favourite places: The windmill cafe near the Castle, especially during the evening, stunning views. Good selection of restaurants,, freshly cooked food reasonably priced. Good selection of beverages, wine and spirits more expensive than the UK. It is easy to get around the area, some hills to tackle coming in to the area but not too taxing. We hired a scooter and explored the island. Leros has interesting history. Recommend the War museum, Kastro castle which you can see from the area. The ice cream in Lakki port was nostalgic ! Tourism night life is not developed like other Greek Islands which is one of the reasons we love the island. A relaxing slow paced romantic holiday.
