Great location. Very comfortable stay. It felt like home. Beautifully decorated, great view and great neighborhood. This was one of the most comfortable stays I’ve ever experienced. Normally I’m not a big fan of hotels, but this place was spacious and I felt like I was in my own home. Great energy here. I highly recommend.

The house was perfect and very comfortable. Great beds and couch, nice balcony and yard, and a convenient kitchen. The beach is 1min walk away, literally across the quiet street.
The beach is sandy and soft, no rocks, and even no jellyfish!
If you like rocks you just need to walk a few minutes to either side and you'll find them.
The wifi is best in front of the house. I was working during my stay and the connection was more than fast enough.
The staff were also lovely and very accommodating.
It was easy to enjoy an evening in the yard and dry our towels and clothes.

The town beach is nothing special, but there are several really nice beaches just 10 minutes drive away from Nikiti. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and amenities in town so overall it's a nice stay.

The town has been rebuilt, there is no lighting, many potholes and bad streets, there are no parking spaces in the center. It's very crowded. Many people, serious traffic jams when entering and exiting. Damage to the car from the potholes. Its advantages are that there are many places to stay, small hotels and several restaurants. Main advantage - close to many nice beaches. Sithonia is lovely, but I miss the tranquility of Mount Athos. It's packed with people and that leads to difficult food reservations, slow check-in and check-out, and other inconveniences.

Very nice small town. Beachfront makes the atmosfere, with nice hotels, apartments, restaurants. Places like Assano, adds a glamour for a complete picture. More signs are needed on the streets, as one can easily lost himself with a lot of oneway streets..

They clean rooms daily and change towels every 3 days. Furniture and equipment is completely new and sufficient for main activities. Private parking was available on the site. Terrace is beautiful with an amazing view of the sea. In the yard there is relax zone with sunbeds, tables and chairs. Location is in old Nikiti, far from the beach, but this part of town is much different and prettier than the commercial, new one.MilicaSerbia

The location of the hotel is the best, only a few minutes walk away from the loud restaurants and bars, its quiet and very relaxing.
