It is a nice place to stay. The rooms are simple but you have everything necessary. It is not luxurious, compatible with island lifestyle, basic and nice. Beds and the air conditioner are new, comfortable. It is close to the beach and there are facilities on the beach. It took 15€ from Mitilini to the hotel, you can also take the bus which is much cheaper (2€/person) and stops right in front of the hotel. We took the bus to visit a town closeby called Panagiouda. The price for the room is fair. We enjoyed our holiday and didn’t face any major problems. And the rumors are true :) Toula is a kind person and good host.

Excellent location. The neighborhood is nice and calm, no nosy streets nearby. The bed is comfortable, nothing can disturb your sleep. Yet, everything is near and you can go almost everywhere on foot - about 10 minutes to the city center, less than 15 minutes to the Archeological museum or Tsamakia beach. Besides, the landlady is really helpful and kind :-)

Val's place is situated in Mytilini, 14 km from Saint Raphael Monastery, 11 km from Bus Station, as well as 11 km from Ecclesiastic and Byzantine Museum Mytilini.
