Great location, town and beach. It was very relaxed!
Great location, town and beach. It was very relaxed! We ate at Takis…. Great fresh fish!! Caught daily! We picked up freshly baked croissants, bread and freddo cappuccino (so yummy!!) from Epiousion bakery(English spelling)… lunch at Thalami… food was delicious! We had pastitsio, fried calamari, chicken chopped salad (honey balsamic dressing was amazing!!). We rented a boat too for four hours from Tan Cruisers and Mihalis was our skipper and was awesome!! Told us a lot about the history of Serifos and took us to amazing and secluded beach locations!! And we took a bus trip up to the Chora which was spectacular!! We loved visiting Serifos!! Smaller island yet very charming and you get a great feel of Greek island life. I bought lots of souvenirs along the way while here too! A must visit!! We will be back!

The beach was sandy and flat and a short walk to the Port on the opposite side of the hill ( although stairs up the hill and down the other side). But the accommodation’s plumbing at Coralli Resort was very noisy and the internet in the room was very patchy, cutting in and out constantly.GenetteAustralia - 10Scored 10

It is a beautiful place, with great views, terrific hiking and walks. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. We rented a small motorcycle which was great and allowed us to go around the whole island. The food is outstanding.

Coralli resort a 10 min walk into town, although a couple of bars /restaurants are on Livadakia beach. Very good selection of bars/ restaurants once you are along the waterfront in the main town.

The actual accommodation and where it was situated were...
The actual accommodation and where it was situated were delightful. We did not eat out as much as we expected to as we enjoyed using the very good kitchen facilities and eating on our terrace. A slight word of caution for older people who may struggle with steps or walking up hills. You need to negotiate a fairly short but steep hill when walking from the beach to the town so this may be a worth taking into account for some, but we are no spring chickens and did not find it a problem. We were there in October when things were beautifully quiet and tranquil, which suited us. Apparently the place unsurprisingly gets more lively and the beach a lot more crowded in the high season.Mike - 8.0Scored 8.0

Livadakia is a pleasant sea-front resort town with numerous good cafes and restaurants and a couple of adequate supermarkets. It is likely to be very busy with slow-moving traffic in the high season, but in September it was quiet and relaxed. There are two beaches within easy walking distance of the town centre, and there is a reliable bus service to other, more distant beaches.
