Gorgeous place in the outskirts of the mountain and close to the beach. You feel like you are in Santorini’s houses thanks to the owner. The doggi-guide is also incredible. It led us to an amazing waterfall in the mountain.

Nice room, a little small, but comfortable. Breakfast was very continental but then the guests seem to be mainly from Germany so I can't complain. The food was OK, but then there are so many nice restaurants around it is hard to complete. The staff were all very friendly and the bar on the hotel beach was excellent.

Just a perfect place between two cities - Ierapetra and Makry Gialos. Very clean beaches and warm water even in October-November. Very fresh air among the olive trees. You can feel the atmosphere of the old Village while living in the new premises. Ferma village is a little forgotten peaceful gem, where you can find everything you need for life: nice tavernas with tasty food: Katerina, Steki, good supermarket Astron, cafe "Route 76". Beautiful place with lots of tourists. The region is generally very touristic. It has some amazing places to eat, especially in the nearby Makri Gialos where I would recommend breakfast and coffee at Coukos Island and Italian rizotto with mushrooms for lunch at Diaskari, Makri Gialos.

loved the private beach and seaview from the room. loved the minimal greek island decor and overall aesthetic of the room. the beds were super comfortable. loved the fact that it was so quiet and calm and tranquil there. great for couples- and families. the room was super clean and the host super friendly. she will recommend nearby non-touristy taverns that provide authentic greek food at reasonable prices (we tried Psaropoula fish tavern- its great there). also loved the location- there are so many nice beaches close by to discover plus the main town or ierapetra where u can get a day trip boat and go the unique island or Chryssi and have an amazing time.

It’s a fresh, modern, comfortable hotel. nice staff, cleaning EVERY day, great breakfast. a hotel is small, so you want face many people and you’ll stay in a quite atmosphere. the beach is beautiful and almost empty. you can take beach towels and umbrellas for free and it’s absolutely convenient. Super comfy bed. The tavern that is 5 minutes away has great food and friendly staff. There is a nice beach (Ferma beach) that you can get to on foot, it takes some 15 minutes, and plenty of the more famous Cretan beaches to reach in about 60 to 90 minutes by car. Roads are good and pretty empty in late September.

The direct access from the hotel to the beach is great and the beach is very good! crystal water and good opportunity for snorkel. We got a very nice room with terrace and amazing sea view. The breakfast was also good. Totally recommended, I would go back

The "private" beach is superb, it even has a waterfall and most of the time no one else was there! The apartment is well equipped, cute and cozy - exactly like on the photos!
