Very clean, & comfortable.
Good size terrace & to leave doors open at night for a lovely breeze, with insect screens.we didnt need the a.c.5 mins walk to town & very close to bars, restaurants & supermarket. A 10min walk to a beautiful swimming beach. Such a quiet place to stay but you are close to every thing.
We loved our 4 night stay at this place. Such a perfect location & the hard working family made our stay more enjoyable. A jug in the room we liked so we could make cups of tea. Kitchen worked well.

The property itself was super nice, with its own room and outdoor area with scenic grape vines hanging over the breakfast table. The room was the perfect size, and never made us wish for more space. The room included everything that we could ever need for a 4 night stay. Anastasia was so nice during our entire stay and really took good care of us! And of course when we missed the bus on the day of leaving for the ferry she even managed to get us a taxi (which otherwise is quite a challenge on such a small island on short notice). We would definitely recommend this 10/10.

This was a great place to stay! It was close to the beach, downtown Aliki, grocery store and public transport. Katiana was very kind! The house was clean and comfortable. Nice to have a full kitchen and extra outdoor shower. Excellent airconditioning!

lovely studio, south facing balcony big enough to practise yoga in the mornings. Everything I needed for my stay was there and the staff were fantastic. I arrived pretty much at the end of the season but this meant that Aliki was quiet, this suited me perfectly. A handful of cafes and restaurants and a minimarket in the centre/harbour were still open and only a 10 min walk away. Wonderfully deserted sandy beach only a 10 min walk too. Would return.
Featuring garden views, Dahlia Apartments And Studios features accommodation with patio, around 500 metres from Agios Nikolaos Beach.

Awesome facilities, played pool and table tennis in the evenings. Location is also fantastic with a supermarket, bakery and green grocer. The walk into town only took us about 10 minutes and the beach is 5 mins away. Tamara the host is also incredible, she’s friendly, helpful and checks in to see how everything is going. Thank you Tamara!

Super location, overlooking the tiny harbor of Alyki and the beautiful sea. The best restaurants right in front of your doorstep.
We were here in pre-season so the fact that the hotel is rather noisy, did not bother us at all.
Cleaning was done every day.
Very nice and hospitable staff and owner! We got coffee pads to make coffee in the machine (kitchen area outside of the room).
Fridge in the room.
We had a wonderful stay!
Alyki is a wonderful, slow and quiet little village. Everything we wished for!

Aliki is a beautiful and calm fishing village in the south of Paros, it has some amazing restaurants and most of the establishments we needed for a great stay, like shops, pubs, boat tours, great beaches, vehicle rental...
Tou Balkoni is one of the best seafood restaurants in all of Paros, amazing location right on the water, also Veggera is an excellent place for breakfast, delicious yogurt bowls, pancakes and eggs, and great coffee. It's easy to get around Aliki on foot since it's a small town. And there are regular buses from there to Parikia. We rented a small car from Chaniotis to get around the island on our pace and it was great. If I ever come back to Paros, I would stay in Aliki again. Not Parikia or Naoussa since I like the quietness of small fishing villages. Pounta port is very close by car to take a ferry from there to Antiparos which takes maximum 7-8 minutes. Amazing for daytrips.

Aliki is a place of the soul.
Aliki is a place of the soul. We we lucky enough to run away from absurdly expensive and stressful places like Santorini or Mykonos (possibly, we are no longer that young). Aliki is beautiful and quiet. We had a desert beach for ourselves. We could linger on the terrace enjoying the sunset. we could try to have a chat with the locals when getting lost, and get spontaneous invitation to share a coffee at somebody's place. We could walk the promenade watching the fishers coming home with the fish of the day in the afternoon. In the evening, there is a huge choices of local restaurants offering delicious food and local wines. Personally, the most meaningful way to spend my time.

Alyki is getting busy these days and the main beach is covered with sunbeds for hire, which is a shame.
Having said that Alyki is still very beautiful and the local people are lovely, friendly and helpful. There are plenty of nice tavernas and cafes as well as well stocked grocery stores, a chemist (who is very helpful) and a good butchers shop.
A few minutes walk in either direction are two lovely beaches. Agios Nicholaos, which is great for kids as it's shallower and Piso Alyki, which is my favourite. Both are natural and unspoiled.
It you are relying on public transport and want to be out of town then Alyki is probably the best place to stay on Paros as there's a regular bus service in the summer.
Well worth visiting.

Aliki is perfect location for families. We had a car.
Aliki is perfect location for families. We had a car. Only one notice - the main road in aliki is closed for cars from 19.00 to 1.00 hrs. If you want to drive for example to Parikia, you must park your car outside this zone, for example in the public parking place.
The room was small but comfortable and well designed. There were amenities for cooking and coffee. The beds were a cloud and the balcony with the little sitting area was great! The hotel no longer does a breakfast and outside of the room itself there are no amenities. It’s a short walk to two different grocery stores as well as the downtown strip. If you’re looking for a quiet beach vacation that feels extremely local - this is the place to stay!
This property is outstanding! If you are Island Hopping and want a very comfortable base in which to explore these rooms are excellent and great value for money. The bus from Paros Harbour is 30 min ride away and the resort is excellent. Lovely beach, fish restaurants some of the best we have tried. Don't hesitate-book it. We are experienced travellers and stayed in pure luxury to island hopping holidays and these rooms will not disappoint.
The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and clean. I asked for extra towels and they were brought with a glove within 5 minutes. Vaggelis who runs the business is very professional and hospitable. The location is right in the heart of Aliki, yet it’s very quiet and peaceful. There’s also a cute little beach at the hotel and a breakfast/lunch bar. The vibe is very positive. Definitely recommended, we will come back!
Great location overlooking the busy fishing harbour. The balcony offered ample prospect to watch the world go by, especially in the mornings when this side of the hotel is in shade. Later in the day the powerful air conditioning came into its own. Appreciated the coffee station down the hallway - a nice touch. Also, residents get a 10% discount at Aliki fish restaurant just across the street, which is excellent.
The villa is an oasis. A lovely space to relax and spend time and one of the rare hotels to have a pool in Aliki. Ivoni was extremely welcoming and helped us to find a hire car. Whilst there are other hotels closer to the beach, the walk is 5-10mins and we liked being somewhat secluded. The room was simple, but impeccably clean and had everything we needed. For the price, we thought it was exceptional value.
Everything you need in Aliki! This is a lovely family run place in a charming fishing village, a short drive/ bus ride from lovely beaches and areas. The staff were super lovely to us, kind and helpful and they made us feel very welcome. Room is spacious and homely and the nearby farm plus figs are lovely. I can’t recommend it enough. Thanks for making our stay in Paros!
Beautiful and well decorated, clean and well kept. We had a really comfortable stay here and met the family of Helen who also run the restaurant Aliki which serves perfect fresh fish and Greek food. All lovely people. The sea view and sunset was beautiful. It’s situated right in Aliki so a short walk to the small beach and there are a few shops and other restaurants.
The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The rooms were very tidy. For us the location of the studio was perfect as it was very close to the beach and the many restaurants, but not directly at it and therefore in a quieter area of Aliki. The busstop to Parikia and Pounda Port is also very close.
Good location, few meters from the main restaurants / shops, and also beach is less than 10 minutes walking distance. Staff very kind with information, helping with booking boat trips and giving indication to places to go.
There is public free parking few meters from the hotel
We also loved the balcony to take breakfast on
We had a lovely couple of days here relaxing by the hotel pool and on the nearby beach. The bar area was a great place to watch the sunset and have a drink. We also enjoyed the Aliki Wok restaurant that’s part of the hotel. The room was ideal for us as a couple and there was a nice, relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Breakfast was ok, continental type, with enough variety to cover our family preferences. Located at the clean beach with the pool big is convenient if you do not want to explore other places. Room was very clean, with comfortable beds. Professional customer service for any question you have. 🙂
Super service, we came a few hours before check in. Still we were able to leave our luggage at the room.
The AC worked, the terrace is big and nice. The street is quiet, a short walk to both restaurants and the beautiful beach. Can reccomend this place.
Great location! I could walk to the beach, restaurants, and bus stop. What was especially nice was to be able to be out exploring all day and then come back to the room and walk to dinner. Chris was so helpful! He even picked me up at the airport.
close to the beach with lots of restaurants, close to bus stop, appealing exterior, clean, spacious/comfortable apartment , cleaning daily, daily new towels, hosts very helpful and kind.
Great location, just on the main beach with amazing views. Grat resturants in 2-3 min walk. The balcony is huge. Kitchen had all you need..
Evita the host is very nice.
The property is in Aliki beach town where there is a small beach, several restaurants, a small supermarket and a general store. Antonis is very nice and helpful.
