I like the staff I like the view from my hotel room. I booked a regular room and they upgraded me to a room with a view. Breakfast was okay nothing special but nothing horrible. It's a very good location. Staff is professional. Room was very clean and in good condition.

I had a concern over the room given to me and the manager immediately gave me a solve saying that he will allocate a different room the next day. In my experience, this is one of the best five star hotels in Georgia. Great room, sumptuous breakfast and nice pool with saunas. For this price a great option if you value comfort.
