Location just next to the ski slope Breakfast was kind of basic Perfect for ski enthusiasts

My husband stayed for one night on his way to Russia and was very pleased with the room. It was a big and cozy, everything is clean.

Location was amazing and all the attractions are near by.and the facilities are amazing.you have all you need such as washing machine,pantry and all.And most importantly the owner is checking on you daily through whatsapp that's so kind of them.staffs are friendly and kind too.highly recommended.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast & lunch. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The best part was the location & view. It’s around 10 mins of drive main Ski point Gudauri.

Great, comfortable hotel with ski in / ski out access. Good for families, good facilities, laundry, room made up every night, nice swimming pool and sauna for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Small gym though. Only one restaurant but has good selection of international food and drinks, nice breakfast spread. Has a bowling alley (payable), which was good fun for the family (even if one of the lanes was a little wonky). There's playstation for kids (payable), and some toys in the kids club for kids to play with (not the cleanest, but daughter enjoyed it!). The duplex room was nice and spacious. Family enjoyed the space and the bed. Water was not draining in the shower, but called maintenance and they fixed it, so all good. Otherwise, shower and bathroom was nice and modern. One of the wall plugs was coming off in the living room and not fixed on properly. I heard they went through a renovation so a sign of poor contractor work I guess. One minor gripe I had was getting to the beginner slope area that has the magic carpet in the middle of the mountain with the nice views and all the action. Not easy to access from the Marco Polo lift, especially if you have family with kids who are beginners at skiing. Better to take a taxi to New Gudauri (40 Lari), rent your gear there, and take the Gondola directly there. It is possible to do it from Marco Polo, but you would be carrying your gear and walking a fair bit to get there. However, if you're a pro/intermediate skier, then the above wouldn't affect you. Overall, it's one of the few proper 5 star hotels you can stay at in Gudauri with most amenities you'd expect in a 5 star hotel. Don't expect 5 star service everywhere you go (rare for any hotel in Gudauri), but I would definitely stay again if I was looking for a comfortable hotel with all the amenities and ski in / ski out access.

It’s very close to the ski area & the spar grocery is just behind the building

Location was perfect! It was clean and had all the things you needed in the room - microwave, cutlery, fridge etc. There really wasn’t anything to complain about.
