Great staff, very helpful from booking through to checkout.
Lovely room, bar and breakfast.
Great location right on the high street and only a few minutes away from the safari park.
Highly recommend Longs Inn

Spotlessly clean with a very hospitable hostess. The decor was also extremely well thought out. The host also contacted before the stay with some helpful restaurant recommendations.

The temperature of the room was easily controlled to how we liked it. The bed was very comfy. It was very quiet to say it was a very busy night in the pub downstairs.

Location was perfect for us. Lovely restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable
Woburn is beautiful, the safari is amazing! The walking trails are beautiful! Green king takes advantage of this!! Road noise was horrendous 😱from around 4.30 am! The place was great but if I was to return if I couldn’t have a rear room I wouldn’t go!!

We stayed over to break the journey up from Newcastle to Kent. We went to Woburn safari park, it was amazing, drive around the safari as many times as you want up until an hour before the park closes, takes on average 1hr to 1:45 to do a circuit. Then there’s the walk safari which was ok. Nice leisurely walk. Would definitely visit here in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the lovely town of Woburn. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped for the money. The manager was delightful and helpful, and so were all the staff. I stayed for one night to meet some friends and enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cosy and friendly place to stay in Woburn.

They are not family friendly at all please don't sell this hotel as family friendly and also they are not speacial needs friendly at all they couldn't accommodate my autistic son which we then had to leave with family at home!
Breakfast is very small and very poorly cooked, they served the adults and the children had to wait 20mins after the adults for their food which the adults food was finished also there was not a lot of choice for children at breakfast leading me to think they would not like children to stay there.
Fire alarm went off at 6.20am with no staff checking on guest and not even a sorry (later found out it was staff error in the kitchen of not opening an extractor fan) we had frightened children in our room! Then when getting back to to sleep the cook started to play music full blast under our room at 7 20am which you could hear crystal clear in our room again with no sorry from staff.
No water for showers in my room lead us to have to use another room across a busy bar to get a shower and then return to our room to get ready which was laughable.

The safe in the room was locked by a previous guest and we were unable to open it. We reported it and the receptionists were very unhelpful and told us some safes in hotel not working and waiting for a locksmith. This meant we had to carry passports and jewellery with us constantly. Room was above the bar and was so noisy we could actually hear the conversations below!! The floor in the room was very uneven and on a slope. We would not consider this hotel to be a 4* rated hotel.
After booking the Havisham House last minute, I was more than blown away with the place. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating if he'd tried. I had the twin room, which is well furnished, beds & pillows were really comfy, the decor was fantastic & the overall appearance of the place is wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes a bit of luxury whilst being away & a nice haven for couples to spend some time in & around Woburn too.
We only needed a bed for the night so did not have the breakfast, but the Bell is situated in the heart of Woburn, a village full of eateries and pubs. Comfortable bed, and a good size room. We enjoyed a drink in the Woburn Mosaic, a fabulous find! and had a delicious meal at the Woburn Thai. Very near Milton Keynes, lots to do in the area, a stones thrown away from Woburn Safari Park and Woburn Abbey. Very well priced, will stay again.
A beautiful olde Inn style hotel. Made to feel very welcome upon arrival. Given my room which was booked as a single. I was given room 4. It was ideal as a short stay. Excellent read on the history of the Inn. Quite fascinating going back through the ages to before 1066. Overall very impressed with the hotel and would certainly use this inn again. Breakfast was £9.99 on top.
This is a beautiful traditional Hotel with lovely decor. I love the outdoor area and gardens. The bedroom's were very clean with plenty of toiletries and towels. Bed was very comfortable with a lovely fluffy duvet and bed linen. Windows could be opened which to me is a huge bonus! Great location in the village and proximity to lovely walks within the Woburn Park.
We had a wonderful stay at Havisham House with its beautiful rooms and garden. Adam is a kind and generous host and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We were particularly appreciative of his recommendations for restaurants and bars, and as a result we dined well in Woburn and look forward to returning.
The welcome at The Woburn was super friendly and very helpful. We had an extra little 5 year old guest with us who they accommodated fabulously! The food in the restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner was delicious and the staff were amazing throughout and in the bar …I would definitely recommend!
Havisham House is really well located in Woburn, close to a number of lovely restaurants.
The accommodation is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Comfortable beds and very quiet, for a good night's sleep. Adam looked after us very well during our stay.
The staff were very friendly. It is interesting that the hotel is on one side of the street and the pub/restaurant on the other side, which is a nice separation. The location is good near the heart of Woburn. The room was well finished and had everything we wanted.
Exceptionally good B+B .
Very comfortable room lovely decor and very clean
Adam is a lovely host .
I would recommend Havisham House if you're wanting to visit the Woburn area .
Adam the host was extremely welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean and obviously lovingly decorated. Very comfortable beds and super location in Woburn. Highly recommended.
