Fantastic staff, really helpful, friendly and polite. The bar was lovely, well decorated, quiet and cosy. Large room with a massive bed, great shower. Very quiet, despite our room over looking a main road with traffic lights. Free parking if you stay.

Everything. We love that the hotel is right there where the guards march during the changing of the castle guards. The front desk staff, the concierge, the breakfast staff and everyone were very nice.
