The staff are exceptional and will always go above and beyond for you during your stay.
Not as described, non existent staff support and key box...
Not as described, non existent staff support and key box code not working on external door, had to be let in by another resident. Only one bed had a quilt and no answer by staff when calling the number multiple times. Very over priced

Very easy access to better places nearby of South London such as Brixton, Streatham, Dulwich, Crystal Palace triangle,
Central London by train is 30' min away, to London Bridge or to Victoria Station
This is not a hotel. Just a house with a few rooms. No check in or check out. The cleaner let us in! Leave key in safe provided. It said tea/coffee facilities, there were none. Only thing in this room is a bed. For that price it is a rip off. The bathroom (which is not en suite) even had other people belongings in it - make up, shampoo, hand wash etc including a discarded false eye lashes. Never again. Very disappointed to find something like that on booking.com
The name of the prophecy doesn't match the place I could see that the place is a hostel but not a hotel and the service was poor if you go online the name on Booking .com says the City access but if you get to the property there is nothing shows that it's City access ,For all the six day that I stay there on internet I couldn't use internet so I have to go and buy credits on my phone so that I can Use my phone to get internet on my laptop
Thanks .
The room was clean. Bus stop is just across the street. Adjacent to McDonald's for a quick and late night bite. Wi-Fi was okay. Heating in the room worked fine. The manager/owner gave all details prior to our checkin. Price is lower compared to all London and suburb hotels.
5/10 minute walk from Thornton heath station.
Bed sheets smelt nice and clean 👍
Apartment had everything we needed and more.
Would consider staying here again if visiting london
location for football match was good and close to Thornton Heath shops, bars etc. Room was small & basic but comfortable and quiet. shared bathroom and kitchen were ok
Thank you for everything. I am very happy during my stay at Croydon Stays. Everything was excellent if I came back to London your hotel would be my first choice.
