Staff very friendly. Room clean. Dinner excellent. Service at both dinner and breakfast was very good. I appreciated having a proper pot of tea at breakfast and the muesli was excellent.

They had a few ‘building’ problems, such as door lock not working, blinds broken, coffee machine not working quite correctly. Room was a little cold, but worked out ok for the second night.i

Location was tucked away within the village ,made you feel you were going somewhere quite special. View from the door of the apartment was beautiful, especially when we had a brief spell of sun. The sunlight glistened over the water and gave a relaxed feel to the quiet of Spring unfolding.
Inside was sweet and well presented. loved the small table and cosy chair to relax in to watch if you chose to, the birds on the bird feeders. Bed was comfy, bedding was crisp and the blind shut out the light well. Shower was easy to use and nice towels also available.
Good instructions for appliances which really helped and everything was well organised and very clean.
Set in Crewkerne, 33 km from Dorchester, Old Stagecoach stables rooms only offers free WiFi.

Great little rooms, in a location that suited us. We had everything we needed for a good price. We could arrive whenever in the evening, which was great as we had a long journey. Plenty of parking. Great communication. And two lovely friendly boxer dogs!

Very limited menu for the evening but not a problem as lovely friendly pubs within 5 mins drive with excellent food and a fair price especially the Admiral Hood

We were in the area for a family wedding and looking for something comfortable, convenient and clean and we got all of that. Room 5 is very well appointed and has a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was generous and flexible. My husband left his phone charger in the room and it was posted back to us within a 2 days.

Food choice really Limited but very nice. Felt uncomfortable in the bar, lacking atmosphere. Room was lovely and clean but you had to draw the curtains in your room for privacy. Really nice bathroom.
