Actually I have stayed here 3 times now as a solo business traveller, and each time I have been impressed by the large clean bedroom with all the facilities I need.

Really nice and clean. Definitely stay here if you’re looking for a nice apartment in Rotherham. Right in the heart of Rotherham. The host was lovely, and very communicative. We were a bit apprehensive to book as there was not many reviews but we will definitely be back in the future.
Small English town, nearby Sheffield. It's a good place to visit if you wish to see how real people in England live. It's nothing like the big cities. However it's not a place I would stay for more than 1 night...Few hours stop at most.

I stayed in the centre.
I stayed in the centre. Driving in the outer areas had nice three bedroom semi-detached houses type properties. In the centre more terraced houses.
Lots of shops, quite a lot of retail park area in the centre.
An Aldi next to an Asda, a large Tesco Extra a mile away. A McDonald's restaurant with drive through, a Burger King, a bridge where underneath you see River Don with swans if you are fortunate.
Some parts a bit dull, few less nice houses amongst some terraced houses.
A nice mosque in the central area.
Petrol seems a lot cheaper in central areas where they compete with supermarkets than outer areas like Rawmarsh where they have less competition.
Town has population of around 260,000.

Well did not go sight seeing, needed some where over two nights, due to Darts competition at the Magna centre. But due to the so called studio apartment upset me and the wife, and found a travel-lodge in Sheffield instead.
As the Brentwood is in one of the most salubrious areas of Rotherham, I assumed the hotel would be particularly special. The staff could not be faulted, neither could the overall value for money, however, the room did not live up to expectations, nor did the communal areas of the hotel. We realise that as far as hotel prices go, we paid very little for our room so, on the whole, were pleased with our stay. The beds were especially comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too.
I used to stay here every week a few years ago. The hotel still very clean and great value for money. It had changed hands by the look of it, and I am not sure if they would offer evening meals anymore as I went into Wickersley (the food used to be good) so it seems to have lost something probably due to Covid. But do not let that put you off, the breakfast was nice and the hotel room and shower all great and tremendous value for money, cheaper that some Travelodges.
I miss my coach from London Victoria and I tried to reach the hotel but no one was there to answer call for the whole night and in the morning I called Booking.com to arrange with them maybe I can still use my payment but they are not reachable.
On arrival to the hotel next day I show them all my call and in order to be able to use my down payment but they totally refuse they said the money as gone you have to rebook another one
Ive been mant times over the years for business and leisure..The staff are all wonderful, rooms are spotless plus the chef Luke is so talented.
There is a calm and relaxing ambience and the new manager Bash, KUDOS as he has made lots of new changes which myself associates noted. Really fab and very much still my fave hotel in this area.
Very friendly atmosphere, nice staff and very clean and comfortable room . We ate in the pub, the food was very good. The pub was accommodating of young children, we travelled to Sheffield for a cheerleading competition nearby and we had 3 lively girls who wanted to practice whilst we dined! We would definitely recommend and return.
A newly renovated hotel, always room to improve. Clean room. Everything is new in there. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Any issues get solved right away. Walkability is excellent, really good restaurants & takeout spots nearby. I highly recommend this place. I have family in Rotherham. I will definitely stay here again.
Overall it is a good hotel for the price, very close to Sheffield which is where we came for an event and the motorway. Family room is very spacious, enough utensils and coffee items for a family. Beds spacious, toilet clean. Luckily no noise as that was a concern from previous reviews read
Room was bigger than your average hotel room, bed was clean, comfortable and warm, plenty of space for clothes in the wardrobes and drawers so no need to leave clothes in suitcases etc. Ample tea and coffee supplies in the room. Breakfast was buffet and ample for the price paid.
Very rude stuff. We trying to open a business around Rotherham area so my friend worked last night till around 2:30 am. Reach the hotel without charger and tried to ask the reception to change the phone so he can call someone to help him. They can’t speak English other than hi.
Very cosy boutique hide away hotel, bar had reasonable drinks prices and car parking locked up at night. Centre of town location was good. Room was small my adequate. Staff very well presented and helpful
The location was close enough to walk into the town centre.
Plenty of free parking as it is accommodation BEHIND the actual hotel. Possibly originally hospital accommodation??
The room was very clean.
Quick 15 min drive from Sheffield town centre, very convenient. Dinner room service was good, with a wide variety of choices. Easy to order via scanning a QR code. The staff was delightful.
Exquisite spot in the centre of Rotherham Town Centre . Very comfortable and well presented rooms x Food was exceptional and amazing cocktails. Would highly recommend a visit here .
The hotel is very clean, including the reception area and rooms. Everything including the linen and towels looked, smelt and felt very clean.
Helpful, pleasant staff.
