Exceptionally clean, and the most well equipped caravan we have ever stayed in! There was so much attention to detail and couldn’t recommend enough. Hosts were easy to contact and communication was great throughout. Perfect location for a stay close to Prestatyn beach

Beautiful location.
Beautiful location. If you enjoy walks then the park and beach over the road will not disappoint. Locals where friendly. Shops locally and take aways also. Family pub just down the road, does allowe dogs outside but not inside so we didn't go in there. We didn't go into the town centre, didn't need to.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Such a lovely little town! So peaceful and calm! As soon as you step out of the train, you can feel the difference! The air is clean! People are lovely and friendly! Oh and the beach is so breathtaking! Not much entertainment if you have very active kids like mine but if you go when the weather is nice then the beach will keep them busy for the whole day!

Staff were not interested in selling caravans, was unable to purchase a meal in the main venue because we did not prebook. We weren't informed of this before hand so we left the following morning disappointed. Barkby beach was gorgeous.
Barkby beach was gorgeous. Waves arcades brilliant and the cafe was ace the frozen coffee was amazing . My daughter loved the calypso slushie and spending my.money in the machines small but perfect for us for a few days the locals were super friendly and polite

A great destination if you don't want to take the car.
A great destination if you don't want to take the car. The town centre and beach are a short walk from the train station. There are direct trains to London, Manchester, Birmingham... The seafront has lots of stuff for rain or shine (beach with good sand, a soft play centre an indoor swimming pool, a playground, cafés and restaurants). We had a lovely time.AAnonymousFrance

We loved the comfortable bed, amazing shower, fully equipped modern kitchen and the great living and dining area. Catherine is a wonderful host, very easy to communicate with and her instructions for check- in and how to use the shower,, heating, appliances etc are so well done and easy to follow. It's not an ultra-modern space but has a lovely beach cottage vibe with lovely see views. We used the pool, leisure center and restuarant at the hotel - the best of both worlds. The apartment is well situated to the beach and the promenade at Prestatyn and Rhyl. There was plenty for kids to do even when the weather was not great. The beds in all rooms are very comfortable, and there is plenty of space in all the rooms for a large family to stay. There are 2 tvs and 2 very modern bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook and there is a very nice enclosed garden. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
